How did the TUFF / "Shameless" tour happen? Who came up with that idea? Did it have anything to do with the fact that Stevie Rachelle sang on the CD?

Well Stevie got an email from the promoters in England who wanted to book TUFF along with either Roxx Gang, Enuff Z' Nuff or "Shameless". So Stevie called me and I contacted the promoters right away.

How did the recent live shows go? Who was in your band?

We had fun, England is great. The drinks, the women, fish & chips. It was awesome. The band included Steve, B.C., Harry on drums, Zee Zee Dean on the second guitar and myself. Some of the shows where in pubs so that was fun. I thought we were a Bar Band. Then other shows had bigger venues with a real stage and everything. So it was cool. England is just different from the States or Germany.

Did Stevie Rachelle and Steve Summers get on the stage for "Shameless" at the same time?

No, Stevie was there with TUFF and we played before them but we only played "Rock'n Roll all Nite" & "Lick it up" together at the last Show in Bradford.

How did Stevie Rachelle feel about watching Steve Summers sing the songs live that Stevie Rachelle recorded on CD?

Well, we didn't play any of the Stevie songs. There are 2 many songs 2 choose from anyway. We have our 3rd record out and Steve sang on more than 20 of those songs.

You have played shows with Stevie Rachelle in the past and now Steve Summers. How did the songs sound live that were recorded on CD with the opposite singer?

Well on the last tour Stevie jumped in for Steve since he has a family emergency and there was no way he could leave the States. So Stevie sang "Queen 4 A Day", "Steal the Girlz" and even "Shock the World". If U check the videos on "Splashed" youŽll see some footage from that tour. Stevie did a great job singing Steve's part. Even Steve was amazed.

Is there any recorded songs that you think would have sounded better with the opposite singer?

No cause both of the guys are so great. It might would be interesting to hear Steve sing "U're the One" from "Backstreet Anthems" but other than that I think we made the right choice on the songs.

What songs did you be play live?

"Steal the Girlz", "Shock the World", "Don't Hesitate", "Lonely Nite in Paradise", "Goodbye 2 U", "Toy Human", "What's goin' on", "She's not comin' Home", "U& I", "Rock'n Roll ( Is gonna set the Night on Fire )", "Queen 4 A Day", "I Want U 2 Want me" ( Cheap Trick ) and "Rock'n Roll all Nite".

Which songs are your favorite to play live?

Actually all of them besides "She's not comin' Home". Cause we're not a romantic band on stage. We prefer to play the fast songs on stage. We realised that after a few shows so we stopped playing it. I love the song but I just don't think when you play for only 60 minutes you should play a ballad. At least not us.

Were any of the shows recorded for a live CD? Any plans for a live CD?

Yes we recorded a few shows, but I'm not sure at the moment when or if we gonna release it. We'll have 2 see.

Any chance of playing some shows in the United States?

We hopefully will play at least one or 2 shows in California next January but nothing is confirmed at this moment. But I would love to play in the States.

How do you travel from show to show?

We had a tour bus and a really cool driver named Rich. The rides where fun.

What is the longest you had to travel?

I don't even remember cause the traffic in England was so bad. It took us 4 hours just to get out of London. The streets there are even smaller than in Germany.

What do you do to pass the time?

Well since we had videocameras with us all the time we had 2 watch a lot of porn in the bus.

If you could get anyone in the world to play on your next CD who would be?

Steve, Stevie, Keri, B.C. and Mike Fasano. Who wants to hear another singer than Steve or Stevie? I sure don't. I love my boys.

Do you get out to see many concerts?

Not that often. There are not to many good bands playing where I live. I saw the Murderdolls a few days ago and they where great. I also saw TUFF 7 times last month and they where really good 2.

Who has been your favorite group in concert?

    KISS, Poison and Marilyn Manson.

Who is the opening act when TUFF and "Shameless" put on shows together?

One band was called Kick Back and they where great. Really cool guys. They rocked the house. I don't remember the other bands.

Have you been asked to join any other bands?

Yes a few times but "Shameless" takes 2 much time and effort so it wouldn't be fair to the other band or to "Shameless".

Would you join a band or would you prefer to keep control yourself?

I would join a band if I really like their stuff and if I wouldn't be that busy with "Shameless". Also "Yes" I prefer to keep control to myself and the people I know and trust.

Is there any band you would love to play for?

Not really. All the bands I like have great people.

Why did you pick "Kids In America" by Kim Wilde for the Perris Records CD "Hollywood Hairspray"?

Well, this was a demo that we recorded a while ago. We first wanted 2 record it also for "Splashed" but than didn't in favour of "U & I". So what U hear on the Perris Sampler is the demoversion.

How did you get "Amber Smith" for the cover of the new CD "Splashed"?

I sent her an email and told her that she is so beautiful and we wanted 2 have her on the Cover of our next CD. She agreed real fast. She's a very nice person.

Where was the new CD recorded?

All the drums and vocals where recorded in LA but for certain reasons we had to record all of B.C.'s parts in Germany.

Do you record the songs in one studio or are different parts of the songs sent around to each person?

No we record it all in the studio. We never send the tapes around.

Do you pick the singer for each song or is each song recorded by both singers and you pick the best one?

No me and Keri always pick the singer for the song.
